Join Sara Burns for a unique Yin Yoga workshop—at the wall! Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative, floor-based practice that gently lengthens connective tissues, especially around the joints, while guiding students inward through breath and stillness.
In this special session, you’ll explore how the wall can be used as a supportive prop to enhance hip- and shoulder-opening postures, allowing for greater ease and depth in your practice. The first half of the workshop will focus on these supportive modifications, leading into an extended, deeply relaxing savasana, where each student will receive personalized Reiki energy work to help settle the nervous system and fully integrate the practice.
