We welcome the Autumn Equinox with this evening workshop focusing on letting go, and preparing for the colder months. With the balance of fall’s equal sunlight and darkness, we will focus on balance with Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor, Sara Burns.
Beginning with an evening sage smudging ritual (on the porch, weather permitting) we will move into a journaling practice and gentle warmup. Gentle Yin asanas that target the lung and large intestine meridians will be incorporated with individual Reiki energy work offered during these as well as the restorative poses.
